We are closely aligning Dahlia with our farm in the Eastern Washington high desert town of Prosser. If you want to get a feel for the amazing difference of topography and temperature of south central Washington, check out Sarah Flotard’s rustic photos of my wife Jackie and her farm team on many of the walls in the restaurant. Taste Washington brings together over 225 wineries and 70 restaurants from across the region for the ultimate tasting experience.
