In her new book Mastering My Mistakes in the Kitchen, Cowin delves into her secret culinary ineptitude while learning to cook, side-by-side with the likes of David Chang, Alice Waters and Thomas Keller. Cowin will be joined by Tom Douglas who will cook alongside her as she recounts some of the hilarious and heartwarming stories from her new book. This class has no hands-on cooking, but will be full of fun and frivolity with the First Lady of Food, Dana Cowin and comes with a copy of her new book.
