Swing in 2007

At the Palace Ballroom
8pm - 12:30 a.m. 2007

Ring in the New Year with Swingin' Yuletide Music, an elegant meal prepared by Tom Douglas, and a glass of bubbly for toasting.   This year, we are celebrating New Years Eve at the Palace Ballroom, along with the award-winning Portage Bay Big Band, a 16-piece 1940's style ensemble band with one of the largest brass sections in the city.

Doors open at 8pm for cocktail hour.  Dinner begins at 9pm sharp.  Fireside Favorites from Swinging Sinatra Standards to Be-Boppin' Goodwin will put you in the mood.  Dancing on the tables is optional.

Tickets available only in advance by calling Sarah Flotard at 206.448.2001 or by emailing sarahf@tomdouglas.com.  Seats are $95 a person plus tax and gratuity.  This price includes a pre-party reception, dinner, a glass of champagne at midnight and some very fun party favors for the countdown to 2007.  There will be a no host bar all evening.   Some tables may be seated festival style.

Dahlia Bakery Holiday Menu

When good friends and great food are abound, there is no better way to spend the holiday.  We will be baking up some delicious treats to bring you holiday bliss!   Our Triple Coconut Cream Pie is sure to be a crowd pleaser.  For the holiday season, we've added some delicious desserts like a Meyer Lemon Tart, a deep flavored Muscovado Cheesecake and a Chocolate Cinnamon Mousse Cake.  In traditional fashion, our bread bakery will also be putting out some wonderful and fruity Panettone.  If you haven't made this Italian bread a part of your holiday tradition, now is the year!
