Join acclaimed chef Brock Johnson of Dahlia Lounge and our friends from Jacobsen Salt Co. and Bee Local for an incredible feast featuring the Pacific Northwest’s most premium ingredients and purveyors. Harvested from the cold, pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast, Jacobsen Salt Co.’s flake and kosher sea salts have gained much critical acclaim for their beautiful and pure taste, texture, and appearance, and are used by chefs and home cooks around the world. Bee Local, founded in 2011 by Damian Magista, has since become a national brand, changing the face of honey production and sourcing after Damien discovered different flavor profiles in hives in various neighborhoods within his hometown of Portland, Oregon. We’re using Chef Brock’s ingenuity with these two essential products - plus delicious beverage pairings – to create an extraordinary dinner that you won’t want to miss!

The A-Side of a record is intended for stardom and glory. However, once in a while, the B-Side becomes a hit in its own right. Join us on the flip side for our last installment of our "B-Sides Wine Event." Our wine and cheese curator, Erica Catubig, is bringing in wines from Germany, California, Austria, France and Greece with descriptions like "sour patch kid acidity," elixir of white flowers and candied lemon," and "notes of dried winter leaves and cranberry plum sauce.” These kinds of incredibly specific and relatable descriptions not only piqued our customers’ curiosities, but help create a roadmap of each sip of wine. Erica will be checking in with all of our participants, making recommendations and taking you through a wild ride of wine from around the globe for one night only!
