Slainte! A Celebration of Scottish Fare
Date: Tuesday, January 25th 2011

In honor of the birthday of Scotland's national poet, Robert Burns, The Palace Ballroom is hosting an evening of all things Scottish! Chef Brock Johnson of Dahlia Lounge and Richard Hill, scotch enthusiast, are combining their liquor and food knowledge to offer the best of Scotland.

The evening will include kilts, bagpipes, haggis, fiddles, Gaelic songs, Burn's poetry, delicious bites from the region and of course, a scotch tasting. Traditional Highland attire is encouraged and guests will be invited to learn cultural dances with music provided by a live band.

This will be a seated event. **This is a tasting event, and is not intended to be a full dinner.
